Warranty & Return Policy

PYKRS products and all other products on this WEBSITE (unless otherwise specified) come with a three (3) year warranty in the European Union and two (2) years in the rest of the world against manufacturing defects, mechanical and electrical, provided that the products have been used in accordance with the documentation provided. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the user of the device. If the customer does not have the original proof of purchase, REWA Industrial Ventures S.L. (also known as REWA) will determine warranty eligibility through the date of manufacture.

If our product fails, we will either 1) replace or repair your product or 2) elect to refund the purchase price paid for the product and the foregoing shall be the customer’s sole remedy for breach of this warranty. Products may be replaced with new or refurbished units. You also understand that the above options will be implemented at the sole discretion of REWA.

Our limited warranty is transferable from the original customer to the subsequent owner, but the warranty period will not be extended in length or coverage as a result of this transfer of ownership.

REWA does not assume any warranty obligation with respect to a) normal wear and tear b) misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, fraud, c) use of improper voltage (this is a low voltage device), d) acts of God, e) unauthorized use or unintended use of the product, f) consumable parts such as batteries.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REWA LIMITS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY.

REWA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. REWA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LABOR COSTS (INCLUDING INSTALLATION COSTS) ASSOCIATED WITH ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. NOR WILL IT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR DAMAGE RELATED TO OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES NOT SOLD BY REWA INDUSTRIAL VENTURES S.L..

In no event shall REWA be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from our products or software downloaded to your phone or any other device and you agree to hold REWA harmless. from all liability, losses, damages and claims resulting from all uses of our products and software.
